Lubbock, TX / Houston, TX — November 20, 2025 — Victory Bank has announced a new partnership with Paige, a leading digital platform for legacy and estate planning, to bring secure, affordable, and easy-to-use planning tools to its employees and customers. The partnership will roll out in phases, beginning with free access for all Victory Bank employees, followed by discounted and bank-paid membership options for customers across West Texas.
As part of the partnership, Victory Bank employees will receive memberships to Paige, giving them access to guided will creation, secure document storage, and tools to organize vital information and personal wishes. Customers will soon be able to access Paige in two ways: for just $1.99 per month after a free trial, or through a Victory Bank–covered plan offered to select customer segments that includes a free Paige membership and a free legal will.
“We’re excited to bring estate and legacy planning tools to both our employees and our customers,” said W. Wyatt Leavell, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Victory Bank. “Digital innovation is essential to our mission at Victory, and Paige gives us a meaningful way to help people organize not just their finances, but their legacies and their digital footprint. It’s an important step in supporting our customers in a way that transcends traditional banking products.”
Making Legacy Planning Accessible in Texas Communities
Paige equips individuals and families with a clear, step-by-step platform for creating wills, organizing critical documents, recording essential information, and preserving meaningful memories and messages. By integrating Paige into its digital offerings, Victory Bank is expanding access to modern tools that help families plan ahead with confidence, including those who may not have access to legal or estate planning services.
With this partnership, Victory reinforces its commitment to supporting the people and businesses that make up Lubbock, Abilene, and rural West Texas—offering a service that strengthens financial wellness, reduces stress for families, and provides long-term value far beyond traditional banking.
“Partnering with a forward-looking bank like Victory in our home state is an exciting step for us,” said Emily Cisek, CEO and Founder of Paige. “This partnership is going to bring real value to Victory’s employees and customers, and it gets us that much closer to our mission of making legacy planning accessible to all.”

About Victory Bank
Three West Texas residents asked how to spur growth in Lubbock, Abilene, and rural West Texas: a former mayor who led his city to economic growth, a banker and rancher who wanted to see businesses truly taken care of by banks, and a finance professional who wanted to support the growth of local businesses—not national banking corporations. And so, Dan Pope, Brett McDowell, and Wyatt Leavell started building Victory Bank.
